Leadership supervision is not coaching in the traditional sense.

It is a structured opportunity to step back from day-to-day pressures and examine situations from a wider perspective.

Systemic Supervision in Göttingen – for Leaders in Social Organizations

Through systemic supervision, I support leaders, management teams, and professionals in the social sector as they reflect on their roles, clarify expectations, and navigate complex challenges. Whether dealing with change processes, pressure to make decisions, or team conflicts, supervision helps gain new perspectives, expand the scope for action, and strengthen one’s leadership identity.

Sessions take place in Göttingen or online and are tailored to your specific needs—practical, mindful, and grounded in a systemic view of the bigger picture.

Cost of systemic supervision:
€200 for 90 minutes

Prices are subject to 19% VAT. You can pay the fee directly at the end of the session using a debit card (against an invoice), or you will receive an invoice with the bank account details.
